For the purpose of adjustment of bank and Bina-Istra systems for legal changeover from KUNA to EURO currency, hereby we inform you on the following:
ETC account top-up via wire transfer, WEB, and SMS
Services of wire transfer, WEB, and SMS will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday 31 December 2022 and Sunday 1 January 2023.
Point of sale of ENC packages working hours
On 31 December 2022, an account top-up at the points of sale of ETC packages (Učka, Umag, and Pula) is possible during regular working hours from 07:00 until 19:00h.
Temporary interruptions in the acceptance of card payments
Due to announced modifications in the banking system and migration to the euro currency, during the night from Saturday 31 December 2022 to Sunday 1 January 2023 it is expected impossibility of card payments on the national level of the Republic of Croatia, (which period the banks will try to minimize). In case you are not a Bina-Istra ETC user, we highly recommend using cash to pay for the tolls at the lanes in order to travel on the Istrian motorway without any difficulties in the previously mentioned period.
