ENC Next package with deferred payment is a service of electronic toll payment (by using an ENC device) that charges previously registered credit card (Diners, Mastercard, VISA, or INA card) for every transaction made on the Istrian motorway at full price. Credit card registration at one of the Bina-Istra points of sale activates the user account that provides a detailed listing of trips at the end of the month.

The advantages of using this service are simple cruising through toll areas, no need for prepayment to a user account, trip payments are made at the end of the month by the registered credit card, and the possibility of traveling on Hrvatske autoceste Ltd motorway sections (according to their terms and conditions) without need for additional registration.

This ENC package is used with an ENC device that can be bought at the price of 16,60 € at any Bina-Istra point of sale or at Hrvatske autoceste Ltd point of sales at their current prices. Existing ENC devices issued by the Croatian motorway service providers (HAC or Bina-Istra) can also be used with previous registration at one of the Bina-Istra points of sale. This ENC package allows using ENC device for trips of any vehicle categories at full price as well.

The Bina-Istra points of sale can be found at Učka Tunnel, Umag, and Pula toll plazas. Working hours Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 19:00.
